Mingyao Li’s R01 on ‘Single-Cell Transcriptomic Analysis of Human Retina’ was funded.
In collaboration with Dwight Stambolian (Ophthalmology), Christianne Strang, Christine Curcio and Paul Gamlin (all from University of Alabama at Birmingham), this project will collect and analyze retinal cells from postmortem human eyes to advance our understanding of human retinal diseases.
