Justin Lakkis was selected as a semifinalist for the 2019 Charles J. Epstein Trainee Awards for Excellence in Human Genetics Research
Justin will present his work on reconstructing pseudotemporal trajectories in single-cell RNA-seq data using neural networks at the American Society of Human Genetics 2019 Annual Meeting, which will be held in Houston, Texas.
